About the service

Kick VOD Download is an independent browser tool for saving supported public replays as MP4 files. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Kick. A public support channel is being prepared on the contact page. This is an early-access release.

By using the downloader, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must have the legal capacity to agree, or the consent and supervision required by applicable law.

Permission comes first

Only download material you own or are authorized to download. Public availability does not give you a copyright license or permission to copy, redistribute or commercially exploit a video. You are responsible for respecting creators' rights, privacy, applicable law and the source platform's terms.

Our service does not grant permission from Kick or a creator. Kick's terms restrict automated access and unauthorized access methods. A creator's permission alone does not necessarily resolve platform-contract restrictions. Review the Kick Terms of Service before use. Do not use this service where the relevant access or download is prohibited.

Prohibited use

Do not bypass paywalls, login requirements, subscriptions, encryption, DRM, geographic restrictions or other access controls. Do not use stolen credentials, download unlawful content, infringe rights, abuse the resolver, overload services or attempt to interfere with other users. The current tool does not provide restricted-content access or credentials.

Free features and third-party costs

The current manual browser downloader, available quality selection, time ranges and recovery features are free. We do not require a payment card or automatically enroll you in a subscription. Your own internet, data, electricity and device-storage costs remain yours. Any future paid service would require a separate, clearly disclosed choice; these terms do not authorize a charge.

Technical limitations

Keep the tab open and the computer awake while downloading. Recovery depends on local browser storage, file permission, an unchanged output file and continued source availability. Work after the latest saved checkpoint may need downloading again. Downloads may fail or become unavailable when a source expires, changes or blocks access.

Only supported streams and available source qualities can be downloaded. Time cuts follow segment boundaries and may include extra seconds. Live replays are limited to the snapshot selected, not a promise of automatic future recording. No particular speed, uninterrupted service, exact cut precision or successful recovery is guaranteed. Keep sufficient disk space and verify the resulting file before relying on it.

Rights reports

We do not host an archive of downloaded videos. Rights holders may report misuse through the contact page once the public contact channel is confirmed. Include the relevant source URL, a description of the protected work or right, your authority to act, the issue and a reply address. Do not send unnecessary personal documents. We can review our tool's involvement but cannot remove files from users' devices or content hosted by Kick; report source content to Kick as appropriate.

Availability and responsibility

The service is offered as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use or inability to use the tool. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or data protection rights.

We may restrict abusive use or change or suspend the service for security, technical or legal reasons. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the revision date. These terms do not choose a court or governing law that overrides your mandatory rights.
